Next, get as much information as you can from any colleagues who may have been involved in the situation so you have as much information as possible.

Finally, follow these steps: acknowledge, apologize, explain without excusing, and invite back.

These can be tricky but, by using the tips included, you have a better chance of turning a bad review into your next 5 star review!
